Drs. Abdul Hamid, M.Si. Born in North Aceh, May 25, 1966. Education started from elementary school (SD) No. 2 in Pantonlabu District of North Aceh from 1974 to 1980, Junior High School (SMP)  in Pantonlabu District of North Aceh from 1980 to 1983, and Senior Hight School (SMA) also in Pantonlabu District of North Aceh from 1983 to 1986, then continued education to college and earned a degree Bachelor degree in Physics Departmen  at Faculty of Teacher Training and Education in Syiah Kuala University in 1990. Before continuing Graduate education, given the opportunity to follow the training of C-type LPTK at ITB Bandung with Mathematics and Computational Physics, followed by Pre-S2 ITB in 1993 and 1994 continued his master degree in ITB at the Physics Department with Material Physics Expertise and graduated in 1997 with a Master of Science (M.Si) degree. Currently, the teach has several subjects such as Mathematics Physics I and II, Mechanics, Electricity and Magnetism, Basic Physics Practicum I and II, Introduction of Solid Physics and Advanced Solid Physics.
